Elo Liiv is a sculptor and lecturer who uses contemporary technologies such as video, mapping, light, and kinetics to create site-specific and experimental art. She is one of the leaders of the MTÜ Valgusklubi, organizing the Tartu Valgus festival and other events that raise awareness about light. www.eloliiv.ee

Marko Kuusk

Marko’s passion is lighting, and his mission is to create a better living environment through light. He has been working in lighting design since 2008. He is one of the founding members of the Estonian Lighting Designers Association (EVDA). Marko graduated from Hochschule Wismar in Germany with a degree in architectural lighting design.

Janno Siil

TAVA26 workshop technical lead
Janno Siil is a multitalented professional with a background in energy engineering—he can be seen playing wind instruments in Jägermeister Brass Band, the Tallinn University of Technology Big Band, the Tartu Academic Wind Orchestra Popsid, or Chill. In his daily work, he is involved with electrical, automation, and lighting solution projects at MicroWatt Ltd. His particular interest in lighting design has made him an indispensable member of the TAVA team.

Essu Heintalu

TAVA26 Head of Marketing and Communications
Essu has diverse experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, web development, and communications. Their role is to support and successfully execute the marketing and communications of TAVA26. Tema rolliks on TAVA26 turunduse ja kommunikatsiooni edukas läbiviimine ja abistamine. 

Kerttu Rosumets

Kerttu is a set designer and cultural organizer whose work emphasizes sustainable solutions and a human-centered approach. She has been creating events, stages, and environments for over 10 years and is the project manager of the art collective Kreat Minds.

Kreat Minds

TAVA26 technical team
Kreat Minds is an art collective and production team that grew out of a shared experiment among friends. They enjoy exploring unconventional solutions and creating interactive, sensory-rich environments. In recent years, they have designed stages and spaces across Estonia for events of various scales, such as TAVA24, I Land Sound, Kõu Festival, Siilipidu, and more.

Timo Raukas

TAVA26 web developer
Timo is responsible for the development and technical functioning of the TAVA26 website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually cohesive web environment. www.tsdesign.ee

Jaanus Tamm

Tartu City Government
Jaanus Tamm has worked as a project manager at the Tartu City Government for over nine years. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Tallinn University of Technology and has more than 15 years of experience in the private sector. Jaanus was also involved in the international outdoor lighting project “Light in the City” (2013–2014).
